B&H Meets YouTube

B&H Photo is a New York City icon with a loyal following. They are an online and brick and mortar superstore, run by a team of passionate and knowledgeable experts. As the agency of record for B&H, our immediate challenge was to generate brand awareness through YouTube content– an exciting first for this humble brand.

Working with Google, we supported our creative with strategic analytics, identifying best practices for efficacy on the platform.


We collaborated with Google on a strategic deep dive- evaluating company values, perception, and purpose. These intangibles led us to an authentic, personality driven approach that emphasizes their integrity and passion with a hand done, organic aesthetic. Our process included ideation, writing, design, photography, live action and did we mention VO? We hand picked Ed Burns- the quintessential New Yorker, independent filmmaker, and B&H super fan as the brand voice.
